Today I want to make a post to talk about Artist’s Proof and clarify any questions you might have about it, so let’s begin!
WHAT ARE ARTIST’S PROOFS (APs) ?
Artist's Proofs (APs) are high-quality, unique reproductions of published digital artwork. They are unique (1/1) original fine art prints of the final production file for each published page.
Artist proofs are accompanied by a dual Certificate of Authenticity, with tamper proof holograms with matching serial number. Printed as giclée on Hahnemüehle Photo Rag®️ 308g cotton paper. Each AP is hand-signed and includes a certificate of authenticity, also signed by the artist.
IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER: The art pieces sold as 1/1 APs will NOT be available as regular convention prints, making the APs the only reproduction of these artworks sold by the artist in any format.
WHAT ARE THE PAYING METHODS ACCEPTED AND SHIPPING COSTS ?
For international buyers payments can be made via Paypal.
For brazilian buyers payments can me made via Pix.
Shipping costs are:
US addresses: FedEx US$70
Brazil: Sedex around US$10
Australia Oceania / Asia: FedEx: US$90 (estimate)
Europe - FedEx: US$75
No extra fee for additional items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BUY THE AP?
The sold Artist's Proofs must go through the artist's studio to be signed. Please keep in mind that this process may take a few weeks before the item is ready for shipment.
CAN I SEE THE AP BEFORE BUYING IT?
Unfortunately no, each AP is produced on demand, it gets printed only after it gets sold. I attached a few pictures on this post so you get an idea how they’re gonna turn out.
